Roasted mushroom and white truffle, smoked bacon and smoked Gouda, spinach, Asiago and fresh herb quiches ~  blueberry pancakes with NH maple syrup and sweet cream  ~ scrambled eggs with Vermont cheddar  ~  
baked, stuffed breakfast sausage potatoes  ~  fresh sliced fruits and berries ~ croissants and muffins
 
Brunch Buffet tickets are available for $12 per person, $90 for a table for eight, $120 for a table for ten. 
 
These prices will increase to $15 per person, $120 per table for eight and $150 per table for ten as of January 20, 2012.
