VOLUNTEERS:  WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Upcoming Events with volunteer needs:

·         Valentine’s Day (LS) – Monday and/or Tuesday, February 13 - 14

·         Soup and Song (LS) – Friday, March 9

·         Auction (LS & US) – Saturday, March 17

·         School store and Lunch delivery substitutes

·         The JH team is looking for a volunteer from 8:15 – 8:30, Monday – Friday of each week.  The volunteer will sit at a desk near the nurse’s office and complete late passes for those JH students who arrive on campus between 8:15 – 8:30.  If you can commit to only one day a week, we would also welcome your help.

Thank you to all of those who helped with preparations for Read-a-thon.  Go PCA Readers, let’s see Mr. Bell dressed up as the gingerbread man!

A big thank you to all of those who continue to help out with our athletic program, providing snacks and meals for the players, helping out in the concession stand, manning the clock, keeping stats, and helping the coaches, thank you!!

Please remember to log your hours either at the receptionist desk or by sending me an email.   Don’t forget the hours you may work at home (baking, phone calls)!!

The winning class for the second quarter passive fundraising competition is 1B!  Congratulations for earning this honor for two quarters in a row! 

Passive Fundraising

These programs do not require a cash contribution. You simply save the appropriate proofs of purchase, receipts or identify yourself to a business using a PCA identification code.  Examples include:  Boxtops for Education, Campbell’s Soup, Amazon, and Christian Book Distributors.  More information is available on the Passive Fundraising page under the “Support” tab on our website.
