Enrollment Forms
The process of admission is meant to be thorough enough to give the Admission Board sufficient information to assess each student's educational needs. The Admission Board cannot make a final decision on an applicant until the application file is complete. The admission process will include the following:
Pre-School
Kindergarten
- Kindergarten Admission Procedures Checklist
- Kindergarten Application
- Kindergarten Teacher Appraisal (from current preschool teacher)
Grades 1 - 8
- Lower School Admission Procedures Checklist
- Lower School Student Application
- Lower School Student Appraisal Form
